2008—2011年无锡新区食物中毒分析

摘要 目的通过对2008—2011年无锡新区食物中毒情况分析,以采取有效措施应对食物中毒发生。方法应用流行病学和统计学的方法对无锡新区2008—2011年食物中毒相关资料进行分析。结果 2008—2011年无锡新区食物中毒共发生21起,中毒人数304人。主要发生在第3季度,中毒起数和中毒人数最多,分别占总数的57.14%、73.03%,食物中毒罹患率也最高,为4.37%;食物中毒主要加工场所为外送快餐;主要原因为细菌性的食物中毒。结论该区应针对食物中毒发生的重点时间、重点环节,开展切实可行控制措施,减少新区食物中毒发生数量。 [Objective]By analyzing the status of food poisoning in Wuxi New District from 2008-2011,to carry out effective measures for food poisoning.[Methods]The data of food poisoning in Wuxi New District from 2008-2011 were analyzed by epidemiology and statistics.[Results]During 2008-2011,there were 21 food poisoning events in Wuxi New District,304 patients were involved.Most of food poisoning events occurred in the third quarter,the events and patient number accounted for 57.14% and 73.03% respectively,and the attack rate of food poisoning was the highest(4.37%).The main processing place of food poisoning was fast food delivery,and most of events were caused by bacteria.[Conclusion]In order to reduce the incidence of food poisoning,it is important to carry out feasible control measures according to the high-risk time and link of food poisoning.
