特发性嗜酸性粒细胞增多症合并脑静脉窦血栓形成一例

摘要
患者女，30岁，因“头痛3d，加重伴右侧肢体无力1d”于2010年12月16日入院。既往身体健康，发病期无感冒病史。3d前患者无诱因出现头痛，呈双侧额顶部持续性胀痛，无恶心、呕吐，1d前患者出现右侧肢体无力，尚能持物，独自行走费力，无肢体抽搐、意识障碍，入院查体：言语流利，脑神经症阴性，右侧上、下肢肌力4＋级、4级，右侧Babinski征（＋），余体征阴性。
