摘要
目的识别、分析某光伏电池片建设项目存在的职业病危害因素,评价职业病危害防护措施及其效果。方法采用现场职业卫生学调查、工作场所职业病危害因素检测、检查表法等对该建设项目进行评价。结果该建设项目存在多种职业病危害因素,经现场检测氨、氟化氢、氯、氢氧化钾、氢氧化钠、异丙醇、盐酸、噪声和高频电磁场合格率均为100%。结论该建设项目职业病危害控制措施有效、可行。
[ Objective ] To identify and analyze the occupational hazards in a construction project of photovoltaic cells, and evaluate the protective measures and their effects against occupational hazards. [ Methods] The methods of field occupational health investi- gation, detection of occupational hazards in the workplace and check list were applied to evaluate the construction project. [ Results] There were several occupational hazards existed in the construction project. Through field investigation, the risk factors of ammonia, hydrogen fluoride, chlorine, potassium hydroxide, sodium hydroxide, isopropyl alcohol, hydrochloric acid, noise and high frequency electromagnetic field were all qualified. [ Conclusion] Control measures on the occupational hazards in the construction project are effective and feasible.
