2011年深圳市龙岗区布吉美容美发场所的卫生状况

Survey of hygienic status of beauty and hairdresser salons in Buji street of Longgang District of Shenzhen City in 2011

目的了解2011年深圳市龙岗区布吉辖区美容美发场所卫生现状,为进一步加强该类场所卫生监督管理提供依据。方法按照国家相关法律法规和技术规范,对该辖区内美容美发场所卫生现状进行调查,对相关公共用具进行采样检测。结果 2011年对该辖区518家美容美发场所进行了调查,发现有81.66%的场所建立卫生管理制度;50.39%的场所配备有专(兼)职卫生管理人员;471家持有效《卫生许可证》(持证率90.93%),其中美容美发综合场所持证率最高,单纯美发场所持证率最低。检查从业人员8 494人,86.08%持有效《健康合格证》。美容场所的消毒设施和制度落实方面比美发场所相对要好。随机对268家美容美发场所抽检8 754份样品,合格8 233份(合格率94.05%),其中金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌培养合格率分别为94.22%和93.88%。结论该辖区美容美发场所卫生情况总体较好,部分规模较小场所仍存在卫生较差的问题,建议加强对从业人员卫生知识培训及监督力度,进一步提高本辖区美容美发场所卫生情况。

[Objective] To understand the hygienic status of beauty and hairdresser salons in Buji street of Longgang District of Shenzhen City in 2011, and provide the scientific evidence for its hygienic supervision and administration. [ Methods] Survey of hy- gienic status of beauty and hairdresser salons in this district was performed, and related public appliances were sampled and tested according to relevant national laws and regulations and technical specifications. [ Results] Among the 518 beauty and hairdresser salons investigated, 81.66% had hygiene management systems, 50.39% had full-time or part-time managers, and 471 （90.93% } owned the valid sanitation license, and the license holder rate of beauty and hairdresser salons was highest, and that of hairdresser salons was lowest. Of the 8 494 workers investigated, 86.08% had the valid health certificate. Relatively speaking, the disinfec- tion facilities and measures of the beauty salons were better than the hairdresser salons. Totally 8 754 samples from 268 beauty and hairdresser salons were randomly inspected, and 8 233 samples were qualified with an eligible rate of 94.05%. The eligible rates for staphylococcus and eolibacillus tests were 94.22% and 93.88%, respectively. [ Conclusion]The hygienic status of beauty and hairdresser salons are generally good in Buji Street, but in some small ones it is poor. It is suggested to strengthen the knowledge training and supervision of employees, so as to improve the sanitary conditions of beauty and hairdresser salons.
