连云港市二次供水单位现状调查

Survey on current status of secondary water supply units in Lianyungang City

目的了解连云港市二次供水单位的现状,防止因二次供水对公众健康的影响。方法制定统一调查表进行现场调查和问卷调查。结果随机抽查城区、县城宾馆饭店29家,居民小区37家,商务楼1家,办公用房3家共70家二次供水单位,均未持有效卫生许可证,组织管理、二次供水设施规范等基本符合要求,水污染报告防范及水质检测等现场检查合格率均为30%,监督管理方面亟需加强。结论该市二次供水单位的现状堪忧,要引起卫生、建设等部门的重视,加快完善相关法律法规,在此基础上加强监管。

[ Objective ] To understand the current status of secondary water supply units in Lianyungang City, prevent the harm on public health due to the secondary water supply. [ Methods ] The field survey and questionnaire investigation were conducted with a unified questionnaire. [ Results ] A total 70 secondary water supply units were randomly investigated, which included 29 hotels and restaurants in urban area and county, 37 residential communities, 1 commercial building and 3 office spaces. All of these units did not have valid hygienic license. The organizational management, secondary water supply facilities and norms basically accorded with the requirements. The passing rates of water pollution report and prevention, as well as water quality detection were over 30%. The supervision and management should be strengthened. [ Conclusion ] The status of the secondary water supply units is not satisfactory in Lianyungang City. The health department and construction department should pay attention to this problem, improve the relevant laws and regulations, and strengthen the supervision.
