发热待查患者家庭功能与应对方式的相关性研究

Relationship between family function of fever of unknown origin patients and coping style

目的探讨发热待查患者家庭功能与应对方式之间的关系。方法采用家庭功能评估问卷（APGAR）和简易应对方式问卷（SCMQ）对100例发热待查住院患者进行答卷自测。结果家庭功能各维度均处于一个较好的水平，家庭功能总分为（7．0±1．58）分。家庭功能中的合作度、成熟度、情感度与应对方式中的积极应对存在显著的正相关（r值分别为0．26，0．18，0．23；P〈0．05），家庭适应度、成熟度、情感度及家庭功能与应对方式中的消极应对存在显著的负相关（r值分别为-0．23，-0．15，-0．28，-0．25；P〈0．05）。结论感染内科发热待查患者的家庭功能与应对方式有显著的相关。家庭功能良好患者大多采用积极的应对方式，家庭功能有明显障碍者多采用消极的应对方式。护士应指导患者家属与患者多沟通，对患者进行系统的的心理护理，正确引导和激发患者的积极心理，从而为患者的康复起到积极的促进作用。

Objective To discuss the relationship between family function of fever of unknown origin patients and coping style. Methods To make a self-test questionnaire of 100 fever of unknown origin patients with the adoption of APGAR and SCMQ. Results The dimensions of FAD were in good levels and the score was （7.0 ± 1.58 ）, The cooperation, mature and emotions of family function had significantly positive correlation with the positive coping （ r = 0. 26,0.18,0. 23 ; P 〈 0.05 ） , the adaptation, mature, emotions and family function had significantly negative correlation with the negative coping （ r = - 0.23, - 0. 15, - 0.28, - 0.25 ; P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions There is obvious mutual effects for the relationship between family function of fever of unknown origin patients and routine coping style. Positive coping is used more in good family function group, negative coping is used more in obstacle group. Nurses should make patients＇ relatives often communicate with patients, provide psychology nursing to patients, properly guide and inspire positive mental patients, promote the rehabilitation of diseases.
