摘要
围绕创新管理模式、探索管理手段,建设具有时代特征、符合医院特点的护理文化,培养高层次护理专业人才,实现“感动服务”,全面推进研究型护理部建设,打造护理服务品牌,创建一流的护理队伍,扩大护理服务品牌影响力,树立护士良好的社会形象。
This paper was focused on exploration of practices of innovative models and skills, with a view to developing nursing culture and including modern features and local characteristics of our hospital. The purpose of those practices was to construct a research nursing department, to create a nursing brand for its “heartwarming services”, and to develop a first-rate nursing staff.
