村域集体经济历史发展:广西万秀村的印迹

On the Historical Development of the Village Collective Economy——A Case Study on Wanxiu Village in Guangxi Autonomous Region

追寻万秀村的历史印迹,探讨村域集体经济的发展脉络及其运行规律。研究发现:宗族公有和村社公有是宗族共同体和村社共同体维系运转的历史产物;农业经济中的互助合作运动及其制度变革是成功的;公社体制下的农业经济在历次政治运动中一直保持增长态势,但这一体制下的村域工业副业经济远不如农业经济发展的成功;双层经营体制下,村域农业经济空前发展,但村域工业经济发展并不顺利;随着城市化快速推进,房地产租赁和服务业上升为村域集体、尤其是城市文明辐射范围内的村域集体收入的主要来源。

The thesis analyzes the development and its operation rules of the village collective economy, taking Wanxiu village in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region for example. The study finds that village collective economy is a historical necessity. The cooperative campaign and the institutional reform are successful in agricultural economy. Under the commune system, the agricultural economy has been maintaining anupward trend even amidst many political movements, but the economy generated by industry and sideline business is far worse than the former. In the dual （community-farmer） management system, the agricultural economy of village domain develops at an unprecedented rate, but industry--driven economic development is not smooth. With the rapid urbanization, real estate leasing and service industries grow rapidly in those ＂villages in cities＂, which has become a main source of the village.collective economic income.
