Recycling agriculture is the trend of agricultural development. As one of the most effective ways of solving issues concerning agriculture, countryside and farmers and improve ecological environment, the localization and generalization of recycling agriculture becomes a vital part in the agricultural development of China. With Hepu Dongyuan Technology Corporation as the case, the author conducts an analytical study on the relationship between technology chain, industrial chain, and recycling agriculture and reaches a conclusion that key technology chain determines industrial chain and would cast impacts on the realization and operation of recycling agriculture.
