摘要
机电液工程是一个复杂系统,其控制过程是非常复杂的。针对工业底层复杂过程难于数学建模导致的控制品质差,探讨了一种仿人智能的多模态控制策略。基于对复杂过程的控制论特性分析,剖析了复杂控制过程中存在的控制难题,对其控制策略作了比较研究,提出了基于多模态控制的仿人智能策略,设计了构造底层控制级的多模态控制算法。以燃气加热炉燃烧过程控制为例,对其控制过程作了仿真对比实验。良好的响应特性及强鲁棒性显示了该控制策略具有良好的动、静态控制品质。研究结果表明,所提出控制策略是合理与可行的。
The engineering in Hydromechatronics is a complex system, and its control process is very complex. Aimed at the puzzle of being poor in control quality resulted from difficult to make the math modeling in the complex process of industrial bottom layer, the paper proposed a sort of multimodal control strategy of human simulated intelligence. Based on the analysis of cybernetics characteristic for general complex process, it dissected existent control puzzle in complex control process, made the comparative research on its control strategy, proposed the human simulated intelligence strategy based on multimodal control, and constructed the multimodal control algorithm for bottom control layer. In the paper, it took the combustion process of industrial gas heating furnace as an example, made the comparative experiment of simulation for its combustion process, the better response characteristic and its strong robustness demonstrated its better control quality in dynamic and steady state of control strategy. The research result shows that the proposed control strategy is reasonable and applicable.
