大冈镇开展社区医疗保障实验项目的实践与体会

Practice and Experience of Experimental Study on Community Medical Guarantee in the Town of Dagang

社区卫生服务作为一项新项目 ,联合国开发计划署和国家卫生部选择了江苏省盐都市大冈镇作为社区医疗保障实验基地。社区卫生服务作为一项福利性公益事业 ,需各级政府重视支持 ,特别是实验试点阶段 ,政府应制定有关资金补偿机制、筹资措施等配套政策 ,相关部门要积极配合协调 ,齐心协力 ,共同搞好社区卫生服务 ,探索出适合各地的社区卫生服务新路子 。

The authors consider that government should support community health service. especially at the beginning of experimental, the government should constitute correspond policy such as reimbursement and financing. All departments should cooperate well to achieve progress in community health services, explore new way of community health services and contribute to Chinese health reform and development.
