摘要
桩-网复合地基是一种兼有水平向和竖直向增强体的复合地基形式,具有桩体、垫层、排水、挤密、加筋、防护等综合效能,能有效控制工后沉降或差异沉降。依据控制工后沉降量的设计理念以及疏桩设计理论,对深圳机场桩-网复合地基进行设计,将桩间距扩大为2 m,使地基置换率大为降低,地基承载力及稳定性经过验算均满足要求。工后监测资料显示,工后沉降量最大值为1.91 cm,小于计算值,表明该设计方法是合理的,可为同类工程设计提供参考。
Pile-net composite foundation,which is a form of composite foundation with both horizontal and vertical reinforcement,has comprehensive functions such as pile bodies,cushion,drainage,compaction,reinforcement and protection etc.It can control post-construction settlement and differential settlement effectively.We design the pile-net composite foundation in Shenzhen Airport according to the theories of controlling post-construction settlement and the sparse pile design concept.The pile spacing is expanded to 2 m,reducing replacement rate of the foundation significantly.The bearing capacity and stability of the foundation all meet the requirements during the checking calculation.The post-construction monitoring data shows that the maximum value of settlement after construction is 1.91cm that is smaller than the calculated value,proving the rationality of the design.
