摘要 堆石混凝土具有水泥用量少、水化温升小、综合成本低、施工速度快、良好的体积稳定性、层间抗剪能力强等优点。新疆山口电站围堰工程采用堆石混凝土施工技术,是在高严寒、高蒸发地区的首次应用。全面介绍了施工工艺和质量控制方法。应用关键点为:堆石混凝土的浇筑厚度宜控制在1.8 m左右;分缝长度以40m为宜;宜采用钢模板;应采用钻孔取芯和压水的办法检测堆石体的密实度。其工程经验可供同类工程参考。 The construction technology of rock-fill concrete(RFC) has the advantages of a small amount of cement content,small temperature rise,low integrated cost,fast construction speed,good volume stability and strong shear ability along the interlayer,and it is used in cofferdam construction of Shankou Hydropower Station of Xinjiang,which is also the first application in the region of severe cold and high evaporation.The construction process and quality control methods are fully described.After the summary of applicative experience,the results show that the pouring thickness of rock-fill concrete should be controlled at 1.8m;the partition length should be controlled at 40m and the sheet steel template is suggested.Meanwhile,the rock-fill density can be detected by the methods of core-drilling and pressurized water.
