通过参与英国牛津大学外语教学的各项活动,总结了牛津大学外语教学和管理的方法及理念,从中汲取有益的经验,希望对国内正在进行的卓越工程师教育培养计划中的英语教学有所启发。

Based on observation and participation in the various classroom teaching activities at the University of Oxford,this paper summarizes its teaching and managing ideas and concepts and draws some beneficial experiences,hoping to shed light on the English teaching reform under the program for educating and training outstanding engineers in China.
