复方氧氟沙星滴鼻液的制备及临床应用

Preparation and Clinical Application of Compound Ofloxacin Nasal Drops

以氧氟沙星、地塞米松磷酸钠和盐酸苯海拉明为主要原料制成的复方氧氟沙星滴鼻剂 ,用紫外分光光度法、高效液相法和滴定法分别测定氧氟沙星、地塞米松磷酸钠和盐酸苯海拉明的含量 ,初均速法预测有效期。 3种主药含量测定的平均回收率和 RSD分别为 10 1.5 1 (RSD=0 .44 )、97.6 2 (RSD=0 .79 )和 98.2 3 (RSD=0 .5 8 )。室温贮存期 T2 5℃0 .9=3.87年。

To prepare compound ofloxacin nasal drops,three main material ofloxacin,dexamethasone sodium phosphate and diphenhydramine hydrochloride were used.To determine the content,the UV method,HPLC method and titration method were used respectively.The term of validity was tested.The average recoveries and RSD were 101.51%(RSD=0.44%) for ofloxacin,97.62%(RSD=0.79%)for dexamethasone sodium phosphate and 98.23%(RSD=0.58)for diphenhydramine hydrochloride.The term of validity was T 25℃ 0.9 =3.87 years
