摘要
为研究桥梁安全检测中多点采集监测信号,实现实时无线传输,设计了数据采集实时监测系统。系统以振弦式传感器为检测组件,通过适合电路实现较为精确频率测量,以STM32处理器为控制单元,以nRF24L01无线设备为网络载体,对无线网络数据传输的相互干扰进行了分析,并就如何削弱无线数据干扰的问题上,采用了CSMA+FDMA的方法。研究结果经过实验测试,系统误差频率小于0.1%,实验结果表明系统具有硬件电路简单,采集信号准确,工作稳定性高,抗干扰能力强等优点。
A real-time monitoring system is designed for bridge safety testing, using multi-point sig- nal acquisition and wireless transmission. To achieve more accurate frequency measurement, the special circuit uses vibrating wire sensors as detect component, applies STM32 processor as control unit,and makes use of nRF24L01 wireless devices as network carrier. The wireless network data transmission interference is analyzed, and the CSMA + FDMA method is applied to weaken the in- terference. The results show that system error frequency is less than 0. 1% and the system has a sim- ple hardware circuit, accurate signal acquisition, high stability and anti-interference ability.
