摘要
采用溶液缩聚法,由腰果酚、甲醛与己二胺反应制备腰果酚缩醛胺(PCH),并测试了该缩聚物/环氧树脂(ER)涂膜的性能.结果表明,己二胺与腰果酚、甲醛缩聚制得的PCH,其固化ER的产物涂膜干燥成膜性、理化性能较佳,尤其耐酸、碱性大为改善.
Cardanol-aldehyde-hexanediamine condensation polymer (PCH) was prepared by solution poly-condensation with cardanol,formaldehyde and 1,6-hexanediamine, and the properties of PCH/ER coating film were also investigated. The results showed that PCH obtained by the polycondensation between 1, 6-hexanediamine and cardanol-aldehyde polymer (PC), has better film forming ability, physico-mechanical properties and resistance against chemical media, especially excellent property of bearing the acid and base.
