重金属离子胁迫对福寿螺肝脏内丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响 被引量:7

摘要 通过测定不同时间段内(24、48、72h)福寿螺肝脏丙二醛(MDA)的含量变化,观察重金属污染物对福寿螺肝脏的脂质过氧化影响,探究不同浓度重金属离子铬(Cr3+)、铅(Pb2+)、铜(Cu2+)对福寿螺的胁迫作用.结果显示:在Cr3+的胁迫下,福寿螺肝脏内的丙二醛含量发生了明显变化,均明显高于对照组.Cu2+胁迫下,丙二醛含量随时间延长而升高,并且与重金属浓度成正比,在最大浓度72h时达到最大值;用Pb2+处理时,MDA含量显著上升,但各浓度在72h时无显著变化. Using pomacea canaliculata as an experimental animal, the heavy metal ions Cr3+, Cu2+, Pb2+ were prepared into different concentrations (state fishery water quality standards 10 times., 20 times, 50 times,100 times), the effects of metals on MDA content in hepatopancreas were studied in different time(24 h, 48 h, 72 h). The experimental results show that under the stress of Cr3+, Pomacea canaliculata liver malondialdehyde content has changed significantly, higher than the control group. And the stress in Cu2+, the MDA content increases with time, and with the heavy metal being directly proportional to the concentration,in the maximum concentration of 72 h reaching the maximum value. With Pb2+ treatment, the MDA content increasing significantly, but the concentrations without any significant change in the 72h.
