Allocation of NO_x Mitigation Among Different Provinces in China based on the Environmental Learning Curve

摘要 基于1999-2008年中国氮氧化物排放量和经济发展数据,构建了30个省区万元产值氮氧化物排放量随人均GDP变化的环境学习曲线.以所建立的环境学习曲线为依据,预测了2020年氮氧化物排放强度和减排潜力,并计算各省区氮氧化物削减目标和分担率. Based on NO. emissions and economic development data from 1999 to 2008, environment learning curve of NO.emission per ten thousand Yuan production value and GDP per capita are built in 30 provinces, and the change of NOx emission following environment protecting consciousness enhancing and reducing emission technology advancing are discovered. According to the environment learning curve of NOx emission, the NOx emissions intensity and emission reducing potential are forecasted, then the target of NOT mitigation and contribution rates in 2020 are recalculated
