从历史传承、价值导向、智力支持、实践规范等方面探讨了我国实施"文化强国"战略中档案文化社会功能的作用.建议档案部门要积极参与文化建设,把握和坚持社会主义先进文化的前进方向,加强宣传交流,改善档案文化发展的环境,加快建立档案公共文化服务体系,进一步发挥档案文化的社会功能.

This essay studies the action by the social functions of aarchival culture in carrying out the strategy of powerful cultural nation from the respects of historical heritage, value orientation, intellectual support and practical standard. It advises that archival branch should take part in the cul- tural construction,push forward and hold fast to the direction of socialist advanced culture, strengthen publicity and exchanges, improve the environment of archival culture, set up the public archival cultural service system and ~zive further role of social function of archival culture.
