小组合作学习在电大教学实践中的问题及思考

Reflections on the Problems of Group Cooperative Learning in Teaching Practice in TV University

电大远程开放教育在教学实践与班级管理方面一直提倡进行小组管理,期望能通过分组自主学习来提高整个班级的学习效率,针对目前电大教学的特点及具体情况而言,在教学及班级管理上应用小组合作学习是十分必要的。文章在具体分析教学实践中存在问题的基础上,结合学生、课程教师、班主任与管理部门四方面,探讨在教与学的过程中如何进行有效配合,摸索适应电大远程教育特点和需求的小组合作学习模式。

Group management has always been advocated in the teaching practice and class management in the distance opening education in TV University,aiming at improving the study efficiency of the whole class through group autonomous learning.Considering the characteristics and present situation of teaching in TV University,the application of group cooperative learning is necessary in teaching and class management.Based on analyzing the problems in teaching practice and discussing how the four factors,including students,course teachers,head teachers and administrative department should cooperate in the process of teaching and learning,this essay explores the mode of group cooperative learning to adapt to the characteristics and needs of distance education in TV University.
