材料的晶体结构与X射线衍射图形的关系是X射线衍射物相分析学教学的重点内容,也是实现X射线物相鉴定的基础。通过典型的晶体化合物的结构和衍射图形的例子,对Diamond软件在上述晶体结构与衍射图谱教学中的应用进行了阐述。利用该软件,可以实现对晶体结构影响衍射图形原理与表现形式的充分说明,从而帮助学生较充分地理解和掌握晶体结构与衍射现象的关系,增强教学的效果。

In the teaching process of the X-ray diffraction analysis, one of the key contents for above is the relations between the crystal structure in materials and the XRD pattern, which is also the fundamental of materials identification with this technique. In such teaching process, the Diamond TM software can be used to illustrate such relations between the crystal structure in materials and the XRD pattern, which was described with a series of examples in crystallography. By utilizing this software, we can make clearly illustrations on the mechanism and outward manifestation of the relations between the crystal structures in materials and the corresponding XRD patterns, such detailed presentation can make obvious effect to help students to understanding and mastering such relations mentioned in the X-ray diffraction analysis, and then better teaching effect can be archived.
