物权法是保护民事主体私有财产权的基本法律。我国物权法从维护国家基本经济制度和社会主义市场经济秩序角度出发,以明确物的归属、发挥物的效用、保护权利人的物权为宗旨。在我国物权法对民事主体私权保护的过程中,也涉及了大量对行政权的规制。分析物权法中行政权与物权的关系,有利于对依法行政加深认识。
