摘要
介绍利用一体化数字与模拟混合处理器PSOC实现高精度电子称的设计方法。PSOC中包含了除称重传感器外制作电子称所用到的关键元器件,利用PSOC产生的恒压源输出的电压驱动桥式称重传感器,传感器输出的电压信号送给差动可编程增益放大器PGA进行放大,再送给模数转换器ADC的PGA进行放大,PGA输出的电压通过ADC转换成对应的数字量,将此数字量换算成对应的重量。经理论和实验证明,利用PSOC设计的电子称具有测量精度高、使用的元件少、可靠性高、造价低、便于模块化和网络化实现的特点,是一种有较好发展前途的重量测量方法。
The paper describs the design method of high-precision electronic scale by using the integration of digital and analog mixed processor-PSOC.PSOC contains weighing sensor and the key components used to make the electronic scale.Drive the bridge weighing sensor with constant voltage source output of the PSOC,the voltage signal of the sensor output is sent to the differential programmable gain amplifier(PGA) to enlarge,and then it sent to PGA of the analog to digital converter(ADC) to enlarge,and the voltage signal of PGA output is converted to the corresponding digital,the digital converts into the corresponding weight.Proved by theory and experiment,The electronic scale designed on PSOC is the better weight measurement methods,with the characteristic feature of high measurement accuracy,fewer components,high reliability,low cost,which is easy to achieve the modularity and network.
