摘要
拟构建乳腺癌相关基因网络并从系统生物学角度解析乳腺癌发病的分子机制,采用基于SNP基因型谱和乳腺癌基因芯片表达谱数据分别进行全基因组关联分析和差异表达基因的筛选,并以此为基础构建乳腺癌相关基因网络,网络分析结果显示乳腺癌相关基因主要参与代谢、信号传导、蛋白质修饰等功能。该网络能够从系统层面上解释乳腺癌的遗传互作机制,并为研究其它复杂疾病提供一定的理论依据。
The paper aims to construct a breast-related gene network to explore molecular mechanisms of breast pathogenesis from the view of systems biology.The SNP genotype and breast gene chip profiles were analyzed with the methods of genome-wide association study and differential expression gene screening.Based on this,we constructed a breast-related gene network,and the network analytical results indicated that the breast-related gene are mainly involved in the process of metabolism,signal transduction,protein modification and so on.The resulting gene network can explain the genetic interacting mechanisms for breast cancer,and also provides useful theoretical basis for other kinds of complicated human diseases.
