Teaching quality evaluation is the primary means to monitor the quality of teaching in Universities, and determine the index system weight is to build an important part of classroom teaching. This article describes the process of the establishment of the college classroom teaching quality evaluation system and compare two methods to determine the weights of index system to rank algorithms and analytical hierarchy process based on a university expert survey data.
