物理学思想在学校培养目标中的渗透——以昆明消防指挥学校为例

摘要 昆明消防指挥学校培养的目标可以精要归纳为培养"懂管理、能战斗"的优秀指挥员,而"懂管理"的重点就是能管理人的思想、时间、行动和管住物的使用及养护,"能战斗"是指挥员要具有精湛的业务能力、能科学地执行训练、具备良好的心理素质和创新突破精神。而物理学在发展、成长的过程中形成一整套独特而卓有成效的思想方法体系,因此,教学中就要科学合理地把这种思想渗透于培养目标中,这既是物理学教育的目的,又能对消防部队基层行政管理活动的实战建立起强有力的理论指导作用。 Our school training goal can be summarized as right training "understand management, can combat" excellent commander, and "understand management" is to focus on managers thought, time, action and control material use and maintenance, "combat" is the commander must have exquisite business ability, can scientific executive training, have good psychological quality and the innovation breakthrough in the spirit. And in the development of physics, the process of growing up formed a whole set of unique and effective thought method system, therefore, in the teaching is scientific and reasonable to this kind of thought penetration in the training goal, this is the purpose of physics education, and able to fire forces grassroots administrative management activities of the real set up powerful theoretical guidance role.
