摘要
在企业所有的人力资源中,核心员工对企业的持续健康发展起着重要作用。因此,如何留住核心员工成为现代企业人力资源管理的一项重要课题。核心员工的特征是知识独占性、较低的替代性、较高的流动性和贡献性。需求特征为业务成就需求、工作环境需求、自我发展需求、薪酬福利需求。据此,我国企业核心员工激励机制可以从提供事业发展平台、良好的工作环境、职业发展规划、较好的福利激励方面着手,建立体系,提高企业人力资源管理的水平,使得核心员工价值得到最大程度发挥,具有一定的现实意义。
In all the human resources of enterprises, the core employees play an important role on the sus- tained and healthy development of enterprises. Therefore, how to retain the core staff has become an important task of HRM. The characteristics of the core employees are the knowledge monopoly, the low replacement, high mobility and contribution. Features of business achievement demands are : needs of the working environ- ment, self development needs, salary and welfare needs. Accordingly, in our country, enterprise core employ- ees incentive mechanism can be provided from a platform for the development of the cause, a good working en- vironment, occupation development plan, and better welfare incentive aspects. Building a system improves the enterprise human resources management level and makes the core employee value to get the level of play, which have a certain practical significance.
