摘要
现代管理学不再推崇泰勒主义所倡导的“机械”管理模式 ,而强调以人为本进行管理 ,通过激励人的积极性、自觉性达到行使有效管理的目的。形成有效激励的激励因素、基本原则以及实施有效激励的各种方法 。
Instead of valuing the mechanical administrative model advocated by Tailor, modern administration lays emplasis on taking man as the leading factor and attains effective management by bringing man's initiative and consciousness into full play. The paper analyzes various effective inspiring factors, touches on the basic principles for encouragement and gives a full account of the ways and means in gaining effective inspiration.
