摘要 阐述了电离层研究的重要性以及人工电离层变态的重要意义。重点介绍了人工电离层变态的方法和基本原理,人工电离层变态在对卫星隐身等方面的主要应用,国际上对人工电离层变态效应研究的历程、现状和重要研究计划。
