摘要
目的观察分析小肠肌电的变化,比较针刺不同经穴对小肠运动抑制模型大鼠的小肠肌电(EMG)活动的影响。方法雄性成年Wistar大鼠随机分成空白对照组、模型对照组、电针治疗组3组,电针治疗组再分为4个穴位亚组。静脉注射阿托品致小肠运动功能障碍的模型,电针单侧足三里、梁丘、内关、大陵4穴,运用BL-420电生理记录仪,记录小肠平滑肌电动作电位频率变化。结果各组造模前小肠平滑肌电活动无显著性差异(P>0.05);空白组整个观察期均无明显变化;模型组造模前后比较,动作电位频率明显降低(P<0.01);电针治疗组中足三里、梁丘、内关3亚组针刺前后的小肠平滑肌动作电位频率明显增高(P<0.05),大陵组针刺前后无显著变化(P>0.05);各穴位亚组组内比较,足三里改善小肠抑制状态的作用最强,与梁丘、内关、大陵之间差异明显(P<0.05)。结论静脉注射阿托品可降低小肠肌电的动作电位频率,明显抑制小肠运动;针刺不同经穴对小肠运动功能障碍的改善效果存在差异。
Objective Observe the changes in EMG analysis of the small intestine,Comparison of different acupuncture meridians on the intestinal motility of rats inhibited the effect of the small intestine EMG activity.Methods Adult male Wistar rats were randomly divided into blank control group,model control group,electroacupuncture control group.Electroacupuncture control group was divided into four subgroups.Each blank group,model group,acupuncture points subgroups of 10 rats.With intravenous atropine resulting in a model intestinal motor dysfunction,EA left Zusanli,Liang Qiu,Nei Guan,Daling four points.By using the BL-420 Electric polygraph,record changes in the small intestine EMG.Results Each group prior to treatmentelectrical activity of intestinal smooth muscle was no significant difference(P0.05);Blank group and each sub-group of electroacupuncture control group has not significant change throughout the observation period;the electroacupuncture treatment subgroup of Zusanli,Liang Qiu and Nei Guan significantly enhance the movement of the small intestine(P0.05).The electroacupuncture treatment subgroup of Daling has no significant change before and after acupuncture(P0.05).Conclusion Intravenous atropine,may reduce the frequency of the small intestine EMG action potential,inhibit intestinal motility.Acupuncture of different acupoints on the intestinal motor dysfunction improved results are different.
