苍葛止泻灵抗轮状病毒模型的实验研究

Effects of Canggezhixieling on Mice with Rotavirus

目的观察苍葛止泻灵对感染轮状病毒乳鼠的影响。方法利用轮状病毒SA11株接种乳鼠制造肠道感染轮状病毒乳鼠模型,分别予以苍葛止泻灵、病毒唑治疗,观察乳鼠食欲、体重、活动、腹泻、死亡情况,检测治疗前后大便中Na+、糖含量、轮状病毒抗原(RV),取小肠固定、切片、HE染色,观察肠组织病变。结果苍葛止泻灵组死亡数与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后苍葛止泻灵组轮状病毒检测阳性数与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);苍葛止泻灵组Na+、糖含量与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);苍葛止泻灵组小肠粘膜无明显水肿、充血,粘膜下少量淋巴细胞浸润,绒毛清楚。结论苍葛止泻灵对肠道感染轮状病毒乳鼠模型有减轻腹泻、减少死亡、抗轮状病毒、促进小肠对Na+、糖吸收,对小肠粘膜具有修复作用。

Objective To observe Canggezhixieling＇s effect on neonatal-infected rats.Methods Rotavirus SA11 was used to infect the neonatal rats in order to create the model of infected intestine.Canggezhixieling and ribavirin were applied in different groups.And the appetite,weight,movement of the neonatal rats were observed.Occurrence of diarrhea and death rate were detected.The content of Na＋,glucose,rotavirus antigen were measured before and after the treatment.The small intestine was dissected into slides and stained by HE to observe the lesions of the intestinal tissue.Results The difference between death count in Canggezhixieling group and infected group has statistical significance.（P0.05） The difference between positive count in Canggezhixieling group and infected group after treatment has statistical significance.（P0.05） The difference between content of Na＋ and glucose in Canggezhixieling group and infected group has statistical significance.（P0.05）;There are no obvious edema and hyperemia in intestinal mucosa and a few lymphocytes infiltrating in the submucosa in Canggezhixieling group,the villis are clear.Conclusion Canggezhixieling can relieve the diarrhea,reduce mortality,counter rotavirus,promote the intestine to absorb Na＋ and glucose and repair the mucosa of the intestine in model of infected neonatal rats.
