介绍钠法漂粉精装置干燥含尘尾气洗涤工艺流程和工作原理,针对洗涤系统易结垢的情况安装1根加酸管道,系统运行过程中可不定期酸洗自激式洗涤器,提高尾气洗涤效果,延长设备运行时间。

The process flow and working principle of washing dry dusty tail gas in sodium hydroxide- process production of bleaching powder are introduced. An acid pipeline was installed to solve the fouling condition of the facility, and the self-excited washer was washed irregularly with acid during running of the facility. Thus, the washing effect was improved and the running time of the devices was prolonged.
