Research and Investigation on Improvement of Arts for Petition-Letter Visitor Reception

近年来,涉法涉诉信访案件日趋增多,信访工作形势不容乐观。作为处理信访问题的第一道关口,信访接待对于解决问题和化解矛盾具有重要作用,信访接待的工作方法和接访艺术尤为重要。为充分发挥信访接待的积极作用,在对当前接访工作中存在的主要问题进行调研的基础上,探索如何充分运用信访接待的工作方法和接待技巧,并总结出八项重要的信访接待艺术,以促进涉诉信访工作水平的提高。

Cases of law-related and litigation-related petition-letter visit have been increasing day by day in recent years. The work of handling petition-letter visitors is by no means optimistic. As the first strategic step of handling petition letters, receiving petition-letter visitors plays an important role in solving problems and dissolving contradictions. In receiving petition-letter visitors, the ways and the reception arts are especially important. In order to bring positive roles of receiving petition-letter visitors into full play, this article makes a research and investigation on problems existing in visitor-reception work, explores how to make full use of reception ways and arts, and summarizes eight important arts in receiving petition-letter visitors, so as to better handle litigation-related petition-letter visitors.
