培养新农村创新创业型人才的探索

Research on the Cultivation of Innovative Talents in the New Countryside

培养大学生创新精神和创业能力,对从整体上提升新农村经济建设水平,解决"三农"问题有重要意义。当前,我国高校创业教育已进入由教育行政部门指导下全面推进的新阶段,有必要对之进行新的探索。笔者从分析当前新农村建设发展需要入手,以黑龙江八一农垦大学"村村大学生"人才培养的实践为例,从加强创业知识教育、落实创业实践引导、提升创业配套服务三个方面入手,阐述了"村村大学生"创新创业型人才培养模式存在的问题及对策。

The construction of college students＇innovative spirit and pioneer ability was important to raise the level of new rural economy construction on the whole,and solve the issues concerning agriculture countryside and farmers. At present,innovative talents education in college and university of our country had entered into a new stage which was wholly promoted by the guide of educational administrative department. It analyzed the present requirement of new rural construction development and took the tact as an example that ＂university students of relent cultivation ＂Heilongjiang Bayi Agricultural University, and explained the problems and countermeasures about the existing mode of university students innovative and innovative talents cultivation through three aspects that increasing more innovative talents knowledge, carrying out guide about pioneer practice and promoting sets of pioneer services.
