On Patterns of the Evolution of Constitution

在现代社会 ,宪法演进是不可避免的。大体说来 ,宪法演进分为修改模式和解释模式两种。这两种演进模式的适用条件不同 ,分别存在于不同的适用领域 ,所以它们的并列是理所当然的。我国宪法的演进模式有自己的特点 ,但也存在不尽人意之处。我们应该建立宪法演进的解释模式 ,并完善宪法演变的修改模式。

In modern society ,the evolution of constitution is unavoidable. Generally speaking, the evolution of constitution can be summed up in two aspects:the pattern of amendment and the pattern of interpretation. They are applied in different conditions and fields, so it is naturally that they can be on a par. The evolution of our country's constitution presents its own feature, but at the same time reveals its flaw. Specifically speaking, We should establish the pattern of interpretation and improve the pattern of amendment for the evolution of constitution.
