甘精胰岛素联合阿卡波糖治疗2型糖尿病30例疗效观察

Observation on effects of insulin glargine combined with acarbose in treating 30 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的探讨甘精胰岛素(来得时)联合阿卡波糖(拜糖平)治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法将60例患者随机分为两组,即对照组(采用预混胰岛素治疗)和治疗组(采用来得时联合拜糖平治疗),比较两组治疗效果。结果经治疗后两组患者空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖和糖化血红蛋白较治疗前均显著改善(P<0.05),但组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组患者每天胰岛素用量和低血糖发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论来得时联合拜糖平治疗2型糖尿病安全有效,可作为口服降糖药血糖控制不佳患者的首选治疗方法。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of insulin glargine combined with acarbose in the treatments of type 2 diabetes mellitus（T2DM）.Methods 60 patients with T2DM were randomly divided into two groups.The control group（30 cases） was treated by premixed insulin and the therapeutic group（30 cases） was treated by insulin glargine combined with acarbose.The effects were compared between the two groups.Results The FPG,2 hPG and HbAlc values in the two groups were significantly improved after treatment.But the differences between two groups had no statistical significance（P〉0.05）.The dosage of insulin and the incidence rate of hypoglycemia in the therapeutic group were lower than those in the control group with statistical difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Insulin glargine combined with acarbose for treating T2DM is safe and effective,which can serve as the first choice of therapeutic methods for T2DM.
