对非感染性疾病患儿实施以家庭为中心的护理探索

Nursing exploration on implementing family centered care in children with non-infectious disease

目的探索对非感染性疾病患儿实施以家庭为中心的护理(FCC)对疾病康复的影响。方法将106例患儿随机分为观察组(53例)和对照组(53例),对照组实施整体护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施FCC。结果观察组患儿家庭在掌握疾病相关知识、参与、合作、疗效等方面优于对照组,复发率明显低于对照组,患儿及家属对护理满意度高于对照组。结论 FCC使患儿整个家庭参与其中,护、患、家庭紧密配合,提高了护理质量和治疗疗效,缩短了疗程,降低了复发率,促进了护患关系的和谐。

Objective To explore the effect of the family centered care（FCC） on children with non-infectious disease. Methods 106 children cases were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was performed the holistic nursing care.On this base,the observation group was implemented FCC.Results The observation group was better than the control group in family holding the related disease knowledge,participation,cooperation,efficacy.The recurrence rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the patients＇ satisfaction with nursing care was higher than that of control group.Conclusion FCC involves the whole family.Close cooperation of nurses,children patients and family improves the care quality and the treatment efficacy,shortens the course of treatment,reduces the relapse rate and promotes the harmonious relationship between nurses and patients.
