射频靶点热凝术治疗腰椎间盘突出症 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察射频靶点热凝术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法根据临床表现、CT或磁共振成像(MRI)片找出压迫神经的靶点,计算出靶点在X射线正、侧位片的位置,设计穿刺途径,行目标靶点射频热凝术治疗。结果本组96例患者通过3~9个月的随访,优63例,良28例,差5例。总优良率为94.8%,无一例出现并发症。结论射频靶点热凝术治疗腰椎间盘突出症是一种高效、安全、微创的治疗方法,值得推广。
