锁定加压钢板治疗股骨髁上骨折的临床分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨锁定加压钢板治疗股骨髁上骨折的疗效。方法采用锁定加压钢板内固定治疗股骨髁上骨折68例。结果随访14-26个月,术后6-14个月全部愈合,膝关节功能采用Merchan提出的评定标准:优36例,良20例,中6例,差6例,优良率82.35%。结论股骨髁上骨折使用锁定加压钢板固定,膝关节功能恢复好,内固定牢靠,是治疗股骨髁上骨折的理想选择。 【Objective】To evaluate the advantages of locking compression plate for the treatment of femoral supracondylar fractures.【Methods】 68 cases with femoral supracondylar fractures were treated with locking compression plate.【Resluts】68 cases were followed up for 14-26 months.All fractures healed in 6-14 months.The knees function recovered wel1.According to Merchan standard,the results were excelent in 36 cases,good in 20,fair in 6,and poor in 6.The excellent and good rate was 82.35%.【Conclusion】 Locking compression plate for the treatment of femoral supracondylar fractures can provide rigid fixation and satisfactory knee function recovery,which is optimal for supracondylar fractures.
