辛伐他汀对原发性高血压及超敏C反应蛋白的影响 被引量:1

Impact of Simvastatin on hs-CRP in patients with essential hypertension

摘要 目的观察辛伐他汀对原发性高血压及超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的影响,探讨早期联合治疗原发性高血压的可能性。方法 140例原发性高血压低危、中危患者,根据个体情况控制血压达标后,加用辛伐他汀20mg,每晚一次,疗程3个月。观察治疗前后hs-CRP、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、体重指数(BMI)、血压等指标。结果加用辛伐他汀片治疗前后比较,治疗后可明显降低hs-CRP、LDL、BMI、血压,升高HDL,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论炎症反应、脂质代谢异常等参与高血压病发病过程,早期加用辛伐他汀抗炎、改善内皮功能、改善脂质代谢等,防治或延迟高血压病发生靶器官损害,以期改善其进程。 【Objective】To observe impact of simvastatin on hight sensitive c-reactive protein(hs-CRP) in essential hypertension,to explore the possibility of the effect of the early combination therapy in essential hypertension.【Methods】 140 cases of essential hypertension in low-risk or intermediate risk,according to individual circumstance control of blood pressure after standard,add with simvastatin 20 mg,every night time.Before and after treatment 3 months,plasma hsCRP,HDL and LDL,body mass index(BMI),blood pressure index wear measured.【Resluts】Compard with before and after treatment on simvastatin,the treatment group can obviously reduce the hs-CRP,LDL,BMI,blood pressure,increase HDL,the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05).【Conclusion】Inflammatory response,abnormal lipid metabolism is involved in the pathogenesis of hypertension,early plus simvastatin anti-inflammatory,improves endothelial function,improve lipid metabolism,prevention or delay hypertension target organ damage occurred,in order to improve its processes.
