LeFortⅠ型截骨术治疗复杂上颌骨骨折的临床体会

摘要
目的探讨LeFortⅠ型截骨术在复杂上颌骨骨折中的临床应用。方法对15例复杂上颌骨骨折患者采用LeFortⅠ型截骨术进行治疗,考察其咬合关系等恢复情况。结果 15例患者咬合关系及咀嚼功能恢复满意。结论 LeFortⅠ型截骨术是治疗复杂上颌骨骨折一种较好的方法。
