需求管理是软件项目开发过程中一项重要而且复杂的工作,医院信息化建设受国家宏观政策和医院管理模式的影响,会不断产生新的需求。概述了需求管理对医院信息化建设的重要性,归纳了信息系统实施过程中常见的需求管理问题,对医院在需求管理工作中的实践探索进行了总结,期望能对医院信息化工作有所帮助和启示。
Demand management is an important and complicated work in the process of software project development. Influenced by national macro policy and hospital management mode, hospital information construction will continue to produce new demand. The importance of demand management to hospital information construction, common demand management problems during implementation of information system, and practical exploration of our hospital in demand management are summarized. We hope it can help and inspire hospital information work.
