高职院校加快内涵发展的几点思考

高职院校的发展历程、区域经济社会发展需求及新时期自身发展需求均决定了高职院校必须加快内涵发展提升质量。高职院校加快内涵发展有五条路径,即专业、人才队伍、人才培养质量、内部管理和特色校园文化。高职院校内涵发展有六个共性标志,即先进的办学理念、稳定的办学规模、一支以教学名师为代表的骨干教师队伍、优势专业突出特色彰显、学生的就业竞争力和发展潜力持续增强、以精细化为特点的科学管理体系。

Higher vocational colleges, the development course of regional economic development and the new period of development demand decide higher vocational colleges must accelerate connotation development to improve quality. Higher vocational colleges accelerate connotation development there are five paths, namely, professional personnel, the quality of personnel training, internal management and the characteristics of campus culture. Connotation development of higher vocational colleges has six common markers, namely the advanced school running idea, stable size of the school, a teacher on behalf of the backbone teachers, professional characteristics, highlight the advantage of students＇ employment competitiveness and development potential increases continuously, to fine as characteristic of the scientific management system.
