民办学校教师是一个特殊的职业群体。现阶段我国由于社会、民办学校和教师个人因素,导致了民办学校教师高流动性问题。要缓解这一问题,就要从法律制度、学校管理和教师心态三方面入手,寻找解决问题的对策。
The private school teacher is a special occupational group.
