“四途径培养模式”培养双师素质的专业教师

摘要 高等职业教育倡导的教学模式是校企合作,工学结合,实施这一教学模式的专业教师应具备双师素质,双师素质教师是彰显职业教育特色、体现教学过程与生产过程接轨的保证。山东药品食品职业学院采取"四途径培养模式",打造了双师型教学团队。 The teaching mode that higher vocational education advocates is cooperation between school and enterprise and the combination of learning with working. The professional teachers which implement this kind of teaching mode should be double qualified, and double-qualified teachers are the guarantee to highlight the characteristics of vocational education and reflect the connection of teaching process and production process. Our college takes "Four-way training model" to create a double-qualified teaching team.
