摘要
将可雇佣性概念与高职软件人才职业能力相结合,探讨了可雇佣性视角下高职软件人才职业能力的构成,剖析了目前高职软件专业在培养学生职业能力中存在的问题,并提出了相关改进策略。
The article combines employability concept with higher vocational software talent professional ability. From the perspective of employability, it discusses composition of the professional abilities of higher vocational software talent, and analyses problems in the cultivation of students＇ professional ability, finally, Puts forward improvement strategies.
