浅论高职院校人才培养模式现状及发展趋势

Discussion on the Status and Trends of the Personnel Training Mode in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职人才培养能否较好地进行关键在于其人才培养模式能不能与时俱进,不断发展。针对国内高等职业技术院校的人才培养模式进行了分析,简要论述了目前该模式的发展状况,并对其发展趋势做出了合理的推断。

Whether the higher vocational talents training can be better developed or not is depended on the personnel training model which should keep pace with the times and continuous development. According to the analysis of the higher occupation technique college personnel training mode of our country, this paper discusses the mode＇ s present situation and make a reasonable inference of its development.
