心理健康是人的全面发展中非常重要的组成部分,良好的心理健康教育对青少年的发展至关重要,中小学心理健康教育未来的发展值得关注。据此,首先解读了当前中小学心理健康教育的指导思想,然后在对国内文献调研以及实地考察的基础上对中小学心理健康教育成效进行了深入分析,并对存在的不足之处给出了策略性建议。
