摘要
塑造现代化的市民精神是廊坊现代化城市建设中的重要战略需要,是实现城市可持续发展的一项长久之计。结合廊坊历史发展的渊源、市民构成,客观分析廊坊市民文化素质的现状,并提出提高市民文化素质、塑造现代化市民精神的途径,以求为廊坊市的现代化城市建设有所裨益。
